SkilledDragon, LLC

Meet the founders behind SkilledDragon, a Delaware software engineering company serving businesses in the United States and Latin America.

A small engineering studio for companies that can't afford systems that break.

SkilledDragon is a U.S. software and technology company. We design, build, modernize, secure and run production systems: SaaS products, cloud platforms, AI features and the infrastructure under them.

There are two of us, and every project gets held to the same bar: it ships, and it stays up.

Our founders have built production systems for Pfizer, Indeed, Ricoh, Midnight Network, Dubsado, Atmosera and others.

Founder & CTO

Architecture. Security. AI.

Before SkilledDragon, David built production systems for Pfizer, Indeed, Ricoh, Midnight Network, Dubsado, Atmosera and AI Leadership.

His work covers software architecture, full-stack engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, AI systems, distributed systems, security and technical leadership.

That includes modernizing platforms, building event-driven systems, running cloud migrations, and changing established products without taking production down.

He also holds a research appointment with the GENESIS consortium.

Systems. Strategy. Execution.

Before SkilledDragon, Jorge did engineering work at Atmosera, Slingwave, Katch, Encora and Ricoh, plus banking systems, cloud infrastructure and data platforms.

His work covers full-stack engineering, DevOps, data engineering, cloud architecture, Kubernetes, GCP, Terraform, Cloud SQL and CI/CD modernization.

That includes large data pipelines, marketing attribution systems, AI document workflows and production automation.

Precision

Say what the constraint is, draw clear boundaries, and don't let parts get tangled by accident.

Endurance

Shipping is the start. We judge the work by whether it stays up.

Judgment

Knowing when a problem needs more design and when it just needs to get built.
